About the Role
Starfish Search is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Transformation Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading on clinical operations and driving service improvement initiatives.

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have experience working within clinical operations, preferably in the NHS or charity sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing service improvement strategies, working closely with commissioners to transform services, and ensuring that all activities are aligned with organisational goals.

Key Performance Indicators
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations
- Enhance patient experience through service improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commissioners

Requirements
- Proven experience in clinical operations
- Strong understanding of NHS pathways
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
