The Portfolio Group is seeking an exceptional Award-Winning Business Growth Manager to spearhead our expansion into new markets and elevate our service offerings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with industry leaders, and driving sales growth.

Salary: £60,000 (minimum) - £110,000+ (realistic OTE)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing and executing strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients, prospects, and partners to build trust and identify new opportunities.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceed client expectations.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy and stay ahead of the curve.
