Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Sales Performance Executive to join our team at The CLR Group, focusing on property negotiation in Romford, Essex.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Generating leads by calling existing databases to find potential clients for properties
  • Responding to enquiries from property portals like Rightmove and Zoopla through phone and email
  • Scheduling and conducting viewings to showcase properties
  • Attending property valuations to assess their value
  • Training new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills
  • Negotiating offers between vendors and applicants to achieve sales targets

Benefits and Salary

The position offers a competitive salary of up to £25,000, with the potential for On-Target Earnings (OTE) commission and basic earnings exceeding £50,000.
