We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service. With a strong track record in sales and account management, you will be able to build long-lasting relationships with clients and drive sales growth.

About the Role:
  • Manage and grow key accounts to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead the creation and management of a high-performing ON TRADE luxury team, focusing on KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to boost sales revenue and increase market share.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Stay current with industry developments and competitor activities to provide informed insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and execute successful sales strategies to meet targets and objectives.

Requirements:
  • Experience in the on-trade sector and wholesale drink trade.
  • Demonstrated success in New Business and Account Management, coupled with a strong sales drive.
  • Passionate about the drinks industry, with a keen eye on emerging trends and news.
  • Ambitious and driven in sales and client development.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working both individually and as part of a team.
