Head of Key Account Management

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service. With a strong track record in sales and account management, you will be able to build long-lasting relationships with clients and drive sales growth.
About the Role:
- Manage and grow key accounts to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead the creation and management of a high-performing ON TRADE luxury team, focusing on KPIs and performance metrics.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to boost sales revenue and increase market share.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Stay current with industry developments and competitor activities to provide informed insights and recommendations.
- Develop and execute successful sales strategies to meet targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience in the on-trade sector and wholesale drink trade.
- Demonstrated success in New Business and Account Management, coupled with a strong sales drive.
- Passionate about the drinks industry, with a keen eye on emerging trends and news.
- Ambitious and driven in sales and client development.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working both individually and as part of a team.
