About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle Operations Ltd. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day running of a defined area of the home, providing personal care to residents, leadership and guidance to the care team, managing monthly routine medication, and supervising the care team when delivering this.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of a defined area of the home
- Provide personal care to residents
- Lead and guide the care team
- Manage monthly routine medication
- Supervise the care team when delivering medication
Requirements
- Active NMC registration
- Awareness of CQC regulations
- Working knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations
- Post-registration qualifications
