Job Description:
Clear IT Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to support our finance team in Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire.
Main Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Review and process all invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Trade Credit Management: Generate and process Trade Credits and bi-monthly payment runs.
- Petty Cash Handling: Administer petty cash transactions.
Other Key Tasks:
- Expense Management: Process expenses via Concur system and assist stakeholders.
- Post and Filing: Manage in and outbound post, as well as filing.
- Coverage: Support finance team members during their absence.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and other duties as reasonably required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Communication: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Efficient Work Habits: Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Software Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience.
