Claims and Customer Service Specialist

At Solus Accident Repair Centres, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Administrative Claims Professional. This hybrid working opportunity will allow you to utilise your customer service, claims knowledge and decision-making skills to enhance the customer experience.
This role involves managing a portfolio of claims, utilising your problem-solving skills to provide solutions to customers. As a member of our team, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of insurance claims from initiation to closure.
- Communicate with customers to gather information and provide updates on claim status.
- Make informed decisions on claims resolutions, taking into account customer needs and company policies.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, we also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, life assurance and pension scheme.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of insurance claims from initiation to closure.
- Communicate with customers to gather information and provide updates on claim status.
