Job Description

In this role, you will lead a team of high-performing sales professionals to drive and achieve sales targets within your region. You will define the sales strategy, implement and coordinate regional sales plans, and tactics to support overall growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports on sales strategy, tactics, pipeline, process, systems, business skills, and results.
  • Maintain an energetic, positive, collaborative, and high-performing sales culture that aligns with NetJets' Core Competencies.
  • Develop strong strategic alliances and partnerships to support sales success.
  • Review sales activity, pipeline, and performance, addressing any issues in a timely manner.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales leader who can motivate their team through clear goal setting, regular sales meetings, recognition, and support.

Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of proven sales leadership experience with a successful track record of growing high-performance teams.
  • Educated to degree level in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience demonstrating profound knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly desirable).

The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
