Job Overview: The beBee Professionals team is seeking an experienced Inclusive Education Assistant to support our SEN students in achieving their full potential. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in implementing individualized education plans, monitoring progress, and providing targeted interventions to meet the unique needs of each student.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with lead teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans, incorporating sensory integration techniques and adaptive technology as needed.
  • Provide one-on-one support to SEN students, focusing on building social skills, emotional regulation, and academic achievement.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, tracking data and making recommendations for future interventions.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years' experience working with children with special needs, with a strong understanding of their complex needs and requirements.
  • An associate's degree in Special Education or a related field, with a focus on behavioral sciences and child development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
