Educational Needs Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for coordinating special educational needs, ensuring tailored support for our students. This involves developing strategies to cater to individual requirements, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining effective communication with parents.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of SEN principles and practices. A relevant teaching qualification or experience working in an SEN environment is essential. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration and relationship-building.
