Job Title: Occupational Therapist Specialist
Location: Mitcham, Surrey
We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing clinical support across specialist schools and children's homes for young people with complex needs. As an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with educational and residential staff to create therapeutic living and learning environments.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions, and SEND, as well as experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people. Key responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, formulating individualized interventions, and collaborating with teams to integrate therapeutic support into all aspects of education, care, and support.
Key Requirements:
- Be a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC
- Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs
Benefits: Salary: £41,983 - £49,717 (includes paid school holidays)
