Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at a specialist school in Surrey. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support and guidance to educational and residential staff.
- Conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualised interventions for young people with complex needs.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into all aspects of education, care, and support.
Requirements:
- Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
- Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
