Job DescriptionAs a Primary Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students' academic and personal growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students in their learning activities and ensuring they have access to the curriculum.
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
This role requires a qualified and experienced Learning Support Assistant who can work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with students, parents, and colleagues. The salary for this position is approximately £26,500 per year.
