We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SENCo to join our dynamic team in Croydon. As a specialist in educational needs, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored support plans for students with diverse needs. Your expertise will help us create a safe, inclusive environment where every student can thrive.
Main Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include coordinating special educational needs, developing strategies to cater to individual requirements, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support. Effective communication with parents and carers is also critical in this role, as you will need to keep them informed about their child's progress and any adjustments made to their learning plan.
What We Offer
