Mentor for Children with Complex Needs

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a SEND Learning Support Mentor in a primary school in Winchester. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to pupils with complex learning difficulties and contribute to their educational development.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual who has a passion for working with children with high needs and improving educational experiences. A salary of £26,000-£31,000 per annum is available. Opportunities for permanent employment and ongoing support and training are also available.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
- Implementing individualized learning plans and providing tailored support
- Building positive relationships and fostering confidence, independence, and social skills
- Maintaining a focus on improving outcomes for all pupils
