Teacher for Learners with Complex Needs

- To develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of learners with severe learning difficulties and complex needs.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the quality of teaching and learning within the department.
- To maintain accurate records and use data to inform teaching practice and improve outcomes for learners.
The successful candidate will have a degree or teaching qualification, or be willing to attain a level 5 teaching qualification with support provided by the college.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learners is essential. The postholder will be required to undergo a DBS check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
