About the Role:
This temporary position involves teaching students with special educational needs in small groups, delivering lessons across the curriculum, and providing individualized support. You will work closely with colleagues to develop schemes of work and assess pupil progress. A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Requirements:
- QTS / QTLS or equivalent teaching qualifications
- Experience of working with students with SEN and associated needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively
