Team Overview

The Healthcare Division provides expert advice to NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and medical malpractice insurers on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims. The team advises on medical insurance coverage, health law, and regulatory matters, representing clients at inquests and judicial reviews.

Cases

  • A wide range of clinical negligence claims

Required Experience

  • 1-4 years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with relevant experience
  • Previous claims and inquest experience
  • Previous client contact and attendance at business development events
  • Knowledge of insurance and coverage issues
