About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced legal professional to contribute to our top-tier ranked Defendant Clinical Negligence team. You will advise on medical insurance coverage, health law, and regulatory matters, and represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and medical malpractice insurers on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims
  • Provide health law advice and regulatory guidance
  • Represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective strategies

Requirements

  • 1-4 years' experience as a UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified legal professional
  • Proven experience in claims and inquest work
  • Strong client contact and business development skills
  • Knowledge of insurance and coverage issues
