Strategic Practice Development Manager

About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to join our practice management team in a full-time capacity. As a Senior Management professional, you will be responsible for leading or supporting the leadership, management, and administration of the practice, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services, financial stability, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care.

- Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, streamline administrative processes, and maintain high-quality patient care standards.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment by leading, managing, and developing a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the practice's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, to ensure cost-effective operations and maximize revenue.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, healthcare regulations, and standards by maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures, overseeing health and safety protocols, and ensuring CQC compliance.
- Patient Experience: Promote a patient-centered approach, ensuring high standards of patient care and service, addressing patient complaints and feedback promptly and effectively, and implementing initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
- Strategic Development: Contribute to the strategic development, implementation, and integration of services, identifying opportunities for service improvement and business development, and staying abreast of changes in the healthcare industry.

- Proven experience in Practice Management, with a strong background in leadership, team management, and financial management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Salary:
The salary for this role is £65,000 per annum, plus an NHS pension and opportunities for continuous professional development.
