The Job: We seek an experienced Quantity Surveyor Commercial to spearhead our project estimation and management efforts, ensuring precise budgeting and efficient project execution.

Key Tasks:

  • Conduct thorough project assessments to establish realistic cost estimates
  • Analyze project requirements, timelines, and resources to inform strategic decisions
  • Prepare comprehensive project proposals, including detailed budgets and schedules
  • Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to guarantee seamless project delivery
  • Monitor project finances, identifying areas for improvement and optimization

Your Profile:

  • Professional degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in senior quantity surveying roles
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ambitious and proactive approach to career development
