We are seeking an experienced Professional Services Director to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts within the professional services sector
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure client needs are met
- Provide strategic financial advice to clients
- Identify opportunities for business growth and improvement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational strategies
- Review and develop junior members of staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A solid background in Accounting & Finance within the professional services industry
- Proven experience in managing client accounts
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
