About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Reveal Media. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management and oversight of all aspects of our contract processes, obligations, and implementation on both customer and supplier sides.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Review and Analysis: Review customer and/or supplier contract terms and conditions to balance risk with our commercial objectives.
  • Approval Process Management: Track approval process during contract discussions.
  • Tender Preparation and Review: Work on the preparation and review of tenders.
  • Contract Drafting and Review: Draft and review terms for standard forms such as NDAs, MOUs, partnership agreements, and so on.
  • Subcontractor and Vendor Management: Manage or help to manage subcontractor and vendor relationships.
  • Contract Review and Compliance: Carry out contract reviews of existing contracts and ensure compliance with internal and external standards, including ISO, GDPR, and other applicable laws.
  • Document Management: Ensure legal documents are correctly prepared and stored securely in One Drive.
  • Contract Performance Monitoring: Monitor the implementation and performance of signed contracts.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in processes/systems within the legal department.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience of working in a hands-on paralegal, contract management, legal, commercial, or procurement role.
  • Skills: Familiarity with online research tools.
Desirable Qualifications
  • ILEX
  • Experience of working with overseas customers or suppliers
  • NALP Paralegal practice award, certificate, or diploma
  • Postgraduate paralegal diploma
  • An award in legal studies
  • Legal secretary certificate or diploma
  • Knowledge or experience of working with both private and public sector organisations
