We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Reveal Media. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management and oversight of all aspects of our contract processes, obligations, and implementation on both customer and supplier sides.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Review and Analysis: Review customer and/or supplier contract terms and conditions to balance risk with our commercial objectives.
- Approval Process Management: Track approval process during contract discussions.
- Tender Preparation and Review: Work on the preparation and review of tenders.
- Contract Drafting and Review: Draft and review terms for standard forms such as NDAs, MOUs, partnership agreements, and so on.
- Subcontractor and Vendor Management: Manage or help to manage subcontractor and vendor relationships.
- Contract Review and Compliance: Carry out contract reviews of existing contracts and ensure compliance with internal and external standards, including ISO, GDPR, and other applicable laws.
- Document Management: Ensure legal documents are correctly prepared and stored securely in One Drive.
- Contract Performance Monitoring: Monitor the implementation and performance of signed contracts.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in processes/systems within the legal department.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience of working in a hands-on paralegal, contract management, legal, commercial, or procurement role.
- Skills: Familiarity with online research tools.

- Experience of working with overseas customers or suppliers
- NALP Paralegal practice award, certificate, or diploma
- Postgraduate paralegal diploma
- An award in legal studies
- Legal secretary certificate or diploma
- Knowledge or experience of working with both private and public sector organisations
- Initiative and Self-Organisation: The ability to use initiative and self-organise.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills to plan and use people and resources to ensure deadlines are met.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build effective working relationships with external customers and with internal business functions, particularly Sales and Business Development.
- Time Management: Exceptional time management skills and strong attention to detail.
