About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Monitoring Specialist to join our team in New London. As a key member of our Fraud Compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our compliance monitoring regime.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for delivering effective monitoring of compliance, identification of non-compliance, application of the consequence management process along with timely reporting to regulatory stakeholders.
- Monitoring PSP Customer compliance against defined parameters using data and reporting available from our systems.
- Performing analysis of available compliance monitoring data, including identifying trends and setting benchmark performance levels using data.
- Identifying non-compliance and following the defined process/procedures in respect of alerting relevant PSP Customers/regulatory stakeholders.
- Overseeing the consequence management process for non-compliant PSPs, monitoring and reviewing the appropriateness/effectiveness of non-compliant PSPs remediation plans.
- Producing reports for internal and external stakeholders (as relevant) including those relating to the status of any PSPs in consequence management as well as underlying reasons/external events that may lead to non-compliance of PSPs.
- Supporting the management of risk through effective operation of controls within our Fraud Operations team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in financial crime prevention and compliance roles, acquired through positions at financial institutions or through consultancy work within the professional services sector.
- Strong analytical skills (including data analysis) with the ability to interpret complex information.
- Knowledge and experience working in a regulated environment according to, or exceeding the, expectations of regulatory stakeholders.
- Experience of data visualisation platforms is desirable.

- An estimated salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
