Accountable Recruitment is hiring an experienced FP&A Analyst to drive value through accurate financial planning and analysis. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical insights into business performance and support strategic decision-making.

This role requires collaboration with local management to develop forecasts, budgets, and Medium-Term plans. You will establish and monitor controls over plant costs, ensure accurate standard cost calculations, and prepare consolidated monthly reports.

Key responsibilities include conducting sales & EBIT reviews, resolving stakeholder queries, and supporting business stream management in controlling costs. A strong background in manufacturing and costing, combined with a CIMA or ACCA qualification, is essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP, excellent commercial and business partnering skills, and strong communication abilities. A high level of financial and commercial acumen is also required.

The estimated salary for this position is £67,500 - £72,000 + benefits, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals.
