Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team as a Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering the UK cash & carry/convenience/high street sales plan to meet channel-specific growth and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the UK cash & carry/convenience/high street sales plan to meet channel-specific growth and profitability targets.
- Manage a portfolio of food brands focused on sustainability, organic, natural, and plant-based products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in sales or account management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Strong understanding of category management principles and JBPs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
