  • Pre-screen tenants, schedule viewings, and property inspections
  • Manage deposits and tenancy agreements, maintaining accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming visitors and responding to inquiries promptly

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of office administration experience, preferably in a property-related field
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Company-provided laptop and mobile device
  • Monday to Friday schedule
