Property Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Accountant to join our team at NHS Property Services. As a key member of our Delivery Business Partnering team, you will play a crucial role in providing financial analysis and support to our senior management teams.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage all accounting processes and activities related to a specific set of properties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Be accountable for the monthly reviews of income and expenditure at a property level, driving financial accountability with Senior Estates Managers.
- Support the production of monthly regional management accounts, including KPI reporting and variance analysis on P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Provide financial support to Estates Delivery Senior Managers, championing a continuous improvement approach across finance.
- Be responsible for the production of Annual Charging Schedules and Annual Reconciliation within corporate deadlines.
- Ensure the recovery of costs from customers is in line with company policy.
- Broad understanding of business operations and governance/legal frameworks.
- Good working knowledge of using Qube Horizon and Microsoft Dynamics NAV system.
- Internal relationship management.
- Experience in Property management accountancy or other relevant experience.
- Qualified accountant or other relevant financial qualification.
- Commercial and financial acumen.
- Data driven decision making.
