About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Mercure Edinburgh City - Princes Street. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for leading the Front Office operation and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Front Office team to achieve departmental objectives and ensure seamless guest service delivery.
  • Oversee all customer enquiries and requests for bookings, ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient resolution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize room sales.
  • Recruit, train, and develop the Front Office team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisor or managerial role in a branded hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate with a sound knowledge of finances and central reservations systems.
