Job Title: First Line Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated First Line Support Analyst to join our team at TurnerFox Recruitment. As a First Line Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to business clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Escalate complex issues to internal departments and third parties
  • Coordinate and resolve issues from call to completion
  • Update clients on progress and timescales
  • Log and record all issues
  • Assign calls to engineers and third parties
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Create standard documentation on problem resolution and fixes
Requirements:
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service role
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and under pressure
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Interest in problem-solving with hardware, operating systems, and software packages
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis between 6am-10pm, including 1 in every 3 weekend shifts
