Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate support worker to join our team in the Shrewsbury area. As a key member of our team, you will provide person-centred support to our service users, enabling them to live fulfilling lives and participate in their communities.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our service users, which may include:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Supporting service users to engage in activities and hobbies
  • Providing transportation to appointments and outings
  • Maintaining accurate records of service user activity and progress

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and be able to work flexibly. You will also need to be committed to delivering high-quality care and supporting the rights and dignity of our service users.
