£11.50 per hour, approximately £22,122.80 per annum for a 40 hour week, based on a 52 week year

Additional Benefits:

Plus £189 for sleep duties, this is based on 3 per month

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a full-time support worker in the Shrewsbury area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centred support to our service users, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives and participate in their communities.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and be able to work flexibly. You will also need to be committed to delivering high-quality care and supporting the rights and dignity of our service users.
