Salary: £11.50 per hour + £189 for sleep duties, based on 3 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team in the Shrewsbury Area, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals, promoting independent living and enhancing their quality of life.

About You:

  • A driver with a UK manual license and own vehicle is required.
  • You must be adaptable and possess good communication skills.
  • Good IT knowledge and skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with people with learning disabilities and autism is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Positive Behaviour Support would be an advantage.
