Job Overview

This is a 2nd Tier Analyst / Systems Administrator position that involves working directly with customers, third parties, and internal teams to support customers using our products built on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for escalating support tickets from 1st line support, identifying root causes, making necessary adjustments, and providing clear communication to customers throughout the ticket lifecycle.

  • Configuring system settings, security models, and document templates as required by customers.
  • Collaborating with the internal project team to develop project documentation and configuration templates.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in configuring or developing business (web) applications.
  • Familiarity with data models, security models, and workflows.
  • A working knowledge of ticketing systems like Salesforce Case/Jira/Trello and key workflows/lifecycles for support tickets.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with external stakeholders.
  • A self-starter who can learn new technologies and tools quickly.
