Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Unit Coordinator to join our team at CBRE Managed Services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Unit Leader and Business Development Manager.
  • Assist with sales opportunities, including supporting the Sales Team throughout the sales process.
  • Manage the completion of Pre-Qualifying Questionnaires for the Business Unit.
  • Produce supporting Sales Literature, including ITT, RFP, RFI, and sales brochures.
  • Arrange sales calls with Senior Team members on an ad-hoc basis.
Accountabilities
  • Report to a CBRE Managed Services Business Unit Leader and Business Development Manager.
  • Accountable to the CBRE Managed Services functional heads, as appropriate.
  • Accountable day-to-day to the relevant team members.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
