About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sunday Deputy Manager to join our team at Moorland Road in Bath. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the store floor, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the store floor, ensuring that all areas are clean, tidy, and well-organized.
  • Supervise and motivate the store team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and that stock is rotated regularly.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
  • Recruit and manage volunteers, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and that financial targets are met.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in a management capacity.
