As a Deputy Practice Manager at mydentist, you will play a key role in leading and developing a large support team, working closely with the Practice Manager to drive the practice's performance and achieve outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive practice performance with set objectives, including providing exceptional patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets.
  • Lead a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engage with self-employed clinicians while managing contractual relationships.
  • Ensure compliance and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Interpret financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to inform commercial decisions.
