Deputy Practice Manager

About the Role:
As a Deputy Practice Manager at mydentist, you will play a key role in supporting the Practice Manager in leading and developing a large support team. This will involve working closely with the Practice Manager to drive the practice's performance, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Practice Manager in driving the practice's performance, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets.
- Lead a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engage with self-employed clinicians while managing the contractual relationship.
- Manage compliance and meet the requirements of our regulators.
- Interpret financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to make commercial decisions.
