Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the store team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and meeting sales targets.
  • Supervise volunteers and provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive store environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is advantageous, but training can be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
