About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sunday Deputy Manager to join our team at Moorland Road in Bath. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the store floor, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the store floor, ensuring that all areas are clean, tidy, and well-organized.
  • Supervise and motivate the store team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and that stock is rotated regularly.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained in a safe and secure manner.
  • Recruit and manage volunteers, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify and recommend areas for improvement, working with the store manager to implement changes and improvements.
Requirements
  • Good standard of maths and English.
  • Strong team worker with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
