We are seeking a skilled Academic Cover Manager to join our team at Shorefields. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing behaviour and providing academic support to students. A strong understanding of curriculum requirements and effective teaching methods is essential for this position.
You will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting academic achievement, and fostering a sense of community among students and staff.

About the Role:
This is a full-time permanent position, working 37 hours per week during term time. You will be based at our school in Hutton, Brentwood.
