About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Care and Support Assistant. The estimated salary for this role is £12.67 per hour. In this role, you will be working closely with staff to provide personal care and support to customers, leading a team of Care and Support Assistants, and managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Leading a team of Care and Support Assistants to deliver high-quality care and support services
  • Safe handling of medication and building relationships with internal and external customers
  • Managing and implementing safeguarding principles to ensure the safety of our customers
  • NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it is desirable
