Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop a deep understanding of your clients' business needs and risk management requirements.
  • Provide technical, industry, and subject matter expertise to support client needs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients based on trust and mutual understanding.
  • Work with the service team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Business Development

  • Support the sales process to identify new business opportunities and develop existing relationships.
  • Actively identify opportunities for account penetration and cross-selling.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of products and services offered by WTW.
  • Network with other business units and external specialists to drive business growth.

Placement Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with market contacts and WTW's broking team.
  • Ensure transparency of agency and other commitments made to markets and clients.
  • Ensure compliant processing of contracts in line with FCA and contract certainty requirements.
  • Support the development of programme and pricing structures to meet client needs.

Operational and Service Delivery

  • Deliver exceptional client service, adhering to WTW's policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Support the business unit in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of revenue.
  • Develop annual client service plans to drive client retention and growth.
  • Support the management of KPIs/SLAs to ensure targets are met.
