Business Development Manager

Fintech Recruitment & Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Ipswich. This exciting opportunity is focused on driving business growth and increasing brand visibility for our recently launched recruitment tool, 365jobs.co.uk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
  • Ensure all sales activity is recorded and reported accurately.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client activity, including sales and revenue data.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a business development/sales role, ideally in recruitment or IT application sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment and IT consultancy sectors is preferred.
  • Full UK driving license.
