Regional HR Advisor

This role offers a unique opportunity to work as a Regional HR Advisor, partnering and supporting 12 branches across the South/South West region. You will be the first port of call for staff within the business, providing a generalist HR support and advisory service.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Head of HR, covering regions from Newquay to Exeter to Bristol to Southampton to Bracknell to Crawley. You will also be responsible for advising, coaching, and guiding Managers through the full employee lifecycle, ensuring managers are aware of policies and processes, signposting relevant information.

This is a rewarding position where you will be responsible for organising all aspects of the family-friendly processes for staff, responding efficiently to ad-hoc HR related queries on a day-to-day basis, and handling a variety of Employee Relations issues, preferably with a blue-collar workforce.

Key skills and qualifications required include experience of working in Human Resources in a HR Advisor or Employee Relations Advisor role, CIPD qualified, preferably with knowledge of UK Employment law, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels, maintain confidentiality, and act with discretion.

Responsibilities
  1. Support managers through a variety of employee relations issues
  2. Advising, coaching, and guiding Managers through the full employee lifecycle

Requirements
  1. Experience of working in Human Resources in a HR Advisor or Employee Relations Advisor role
