Care Home - Administrative Support Officer

Part Time

We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join our team at our client\u2019s Care Home.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Organise and maintain office operations, including correspondence, filing systems, and supply requisitions.
  2. Assist with staff training and development, including maintaining the staff training matrix.
  3. Record and monitor annual leave, sickness, and other staff-related data.
  4. Support the finance team with tasks such as processing invoices and maintaining the ledger.
  5. Carry out monthly cheque, banking, and cash book analysis.
  6. Ensure the maintenance of computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
  7. Book medical appointments for residents and manage staff diaries.
  8. Provide a professional and welcoming service to visitors, residents, and staff.
  9. Be proficient in Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft applications.
  10. Support the management team with administrative duties and deadlines.
  11. Work collaboratively with the Head Office Administrator and HR department on recruitment.
  12. Be flexible and adaptable to change.
  13. Demonstrate strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn other applications.
  14. Experience in working to deadlines, working alone, and as part of a team.
  15. Experience in handling data, numbers, and reporting in detail.
  16. Experience in HR administration, payroll, and bookkeeping.
  17. Experience in administration work in a healthcare setting.
