Care Home - Administrative Support Officer
Part Time
We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join our team at our client\u2019s Care Home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and maintain office operations, including correspondence, filing systems, and supply requisitions.
- Assist with staff training and development, including maintaining the staff training matrix.
- Record and monitor annual leave, sickness, and other staff-related data.
- Support the finance team with tasks such as processing invoices and maintaining the ledger.
- Carry out monthly cheque, banking, and cash book analysis.
- Ensure the maintenance of computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Book medical appointments for residents and manage staff diaries.
- Provide a professional and welcoming service to visitors, residents, and staff.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft applications.
- Support the management team with administrative duties and deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with the Head Office Administrator and HR department on recruitment.
- Be flexible and adaptable to change.
- Demonstrate strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn other applications.
- Experience in working to deadlines, working alone, and as part of a team.
- Experience in handling data, numbers, and reporting in detail.
- Experience in HR administration, payroll, and bookkeeping.
- Experience in administration work in a healthcare setting.
