We are seeking an ambitious Head of Business Growth to join our team in Birmingham. As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving growth. With a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, you will be expected to develop strategies to increase revenue and exceed targets.
About the Role:
- Lead our sales efforts, developing strategies to increase revenue and exceed targets
- Manage existing accounts, grow client spend, and bring in new business
- Provide market insights and expertise to business directors, informing their decision-making
About You:
- You must have a proven track record of success in sales or recruitment, with previous billings of £165,000 - £200,000 per financial year
- You will be a self-starter, natural overachiever, with the determination to succeed and win
- You must be resilient, not afraid of rejection, and understand that success takes time
What's On Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience (Plus commission)
