We are seeking a skilled Change Management professional to join our team at Forvis Mazars. As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the business through change and creating a change culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies for strategic and tactical change projects
  • Act as a consultant for change management activities within business-led change
  • Complete change management documentation in line with the framework, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communication plan, and training plan
  • Build awareness and desire through effective business engagement and communications
  • Understand the change impact to the ways of working in the business
  • Build knowledge and ability of the change in the business by informing training plans and support

Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering change in professional services
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Passion for delivering successful change in an organization
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills and presenting information
  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influencing skills
  • Working in a fast-paced, agile environment
