About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at Forvis Mazars. As a key member of our Change Management Office, you will play a critical role in supporting the business through change and creating a culture of change.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective change management strategies for strategic and tactical change projects. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand the impact of change on the business and developing communication plans to engage and inform employees.

You will also be responsible for building awareness and desire for change through effective business engagement and communications. This will involve creating training plans and supporting the delivery of measurable value.
