South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust is currently seeking a Clinical Support Worker to join our team. This exciting opportunity allows individuals to develop their skills and experience in a supportive and collaborative work environment.

As a Clinical Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work across two dynamic settings, the Nicol Unit at Stratford upon Avon Hospital and Campion Ward at Royal Leamington Spa Rehab Hospital. You will be responsible for providing vital care and support to patients, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and contributing to the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients and their relatives.

Key Accountabilities

The main accountabilities of this role include providing high-quality, caring, and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of a registered professional. The successful candidate will also need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work. Additionally, they will need to be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to Trust policies and procedures.
